Water Usage
Each year, the West Boylston Water District is permitted
to withdraw an average 560,000 gallons of water per day.
Thanks to the conservation efforts of district members,
we did not exceed this allowed limit in 2008 for the
first time since 1992. Congratulations to those
that have been conserving. Unfortunately, we still
need to maintain the mandatory water restrictions to
continue to ease the burden on the system.
The
West Boylston Water District Board of
Commissioners has set forth
Mandatory Outdoor Water Use
Restrictions
to help reduce the amount of water
withdrawn from the wells.
Water is a limited resource. Please use it
wisely and cooperate with the District in our efforts.
